SELLER STEPS: Showings & Feedback

As your listing broker, we will handle all communications with interested buyers whether they have another agent or not. We'll schedule all showings, inspections and walk throughs for you.

If a client of ours requests a video showing we will also provide that for them if they are unable to be physically view the property. 

When working with other agents and buyers, we'll maintain your privacy and ensure that interested parties are qualified to purchase your property. 

We will answer any questions that buyers may have and occasionally ask for information from you, the seller, to help inform the buyer. 

Property condition disclosures, CCR's, aerials, well reports, etc; we'll provide those materials to interested buyers.
