Kirsten Madden has been voted Best Realtor in Boundary County for 2024. It's not the first time. She said she isn't sure, but she thinks it might be her fourth win. The company she owns, Century 21 Four Seasons Realty, has also been at the top of the ticket in several different categories several times and this year took honors as second place winner of commercial realtor and real estate office.
Madden started in the real estate industry in 2008, went to work for Century 21 Four Seasons Realty in 2013 and bought the agency, which has been in business for 35 years, in May of 2018.
"We provide comprehensive real estate services, including residential and commercial property sales, buyer agency, seller representation, comparative market analysis (CMA), broker price opinions (BPO), and real estate consultations," she said.
When asked how she started, she said that she was inspired to go into the industry when she was working the title and escrow field where she developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the real estate business.
"Over the years, I have grown to truly love the relationship side of this business. Helping people find their perfect home and lifestyle while building wealth and independence through property ownership is incredibly rewarding," Madden said.
As for how they stand up against their competition, she said. "Our success is deeply rooted in our commitment to our clients and community. The saying goes that it takes a village. Madden said that there are a lot of inspirational people who helped shape her journey. "Mentors like Lana Kay Hansen, friends, and family have believed in me, sometimes more than I believed in myself. Steve Carey encouraged me to start in real estate, and Mike Peterson opened the door to further my career."
Madden said that she is grateful to those people mentioned, but "above all else" is grateful for her staff at Century 21 Four Seasons Realty.
"They support me, and the business more than they know. They are hardworking, fun, honest, transparent, and loyal, sharing a deep passion for relationship-based service to our clients. Their love for our community and clients is evident in everything they do. They never miss a chance to build each other up, lend a hand, and celebrate every win.
