SELLER STEP 10 - Closing Day

Step 10 - You've Sold Your Home!

Closing is the final and most exciting step in your home-selling journey, but our partnership doesn’t end here. During this phase, you can expect the following:

  • The deed will be delivered to the buyer, officially transferring ownership.
  • All necessary documents, including financing, insurance, and legal paperwork, will be exchanged.
  • The negotiated purchase price and any associated fees, such as commissions, will be paid.

Congratulations—you’ve successfully sold your home! As your real estate partners, we’re here for you beyond closing, ready to support you in your future endeavors and continue building our relationship.
