Together we will research your property and develop detailed listing details. Our research includes verifying ownership and deed information, accurate legal descriptions, easements or encroachments, as well as, obtaining copies of plat maps, surveys, CCRs (Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions), well reports, septic permits, etc.
We will also explain the required Property Condition Disclosures and verify that you complete them correctly. This allows us to create a complete and accurate listing of your property and allows for the discovery of any issues that we may need to address while getting your property ready to list.
