As soon as your listing hits the market, it will be sent out by email to our entire database of buyers searching for similar properties in the area.
Print media is still a very effective way to reach potential buyers and we regularly advertise in the local newspaper @bfherald, the Real Estate Book @realestatebook, the Bonners Ferry Living Local @bonnersferryliving, and many other local publications, as well as our own brochures in the office.
Advertising is an important step to reach buyers and we take pride in the effort we put into marketing your listing.
