One of the first things that we do here at CENTURY 21 Four Seasons Realty is schedule a quick visit of your home.
This is primarily to familiarize ourselves with your property and give you expert advice on how best to prepare your home for sale as well as some do's and don'ts.
Knowing what buyers, lenders, home inspectors, and appraisers are looking for in a property is crucial. We will help you navigate through these first steps and assist you in determining which repairs may be necessary and which may not give you the best return for your money. We also provide tips on preparing and staging your home for sale, along with a cheat sheet with tips to get ready for photos.
