SELLER STEPS: Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

September 7, 2022

THE SELLING PROCESS: Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

The real estate industry is one of the only industries that focuses on cooperation with competing agencies for your best interest, in order to get your home SOLD quickly and at the best price. We are members of both the Coeur d' Alene and Selkirk (Bonner & Boundary County) Multiple Listing Service. This puts your listing in front of more than 3000 Realtors from Boundary, Bonner, Kootenai, and Spokane counties.

The MLS and cooperation of other area real estate brokerages truly benefits you, the seller, in a variety of different ways. Including the sharing of information about properties with other brokers, who may represent potential buyers.

Got a free afternoon? Let’s get an easy hike in, and it's only a few minutes from Bonners Ferry! Snow Creek Falls is only a mile and a half round trip with 200 ft elevation gain and two of the prettiest waterfalls in the county. The trailhead is just a few miles south of the Kootenai Wildlife Refuge and it's an easy drive into the mountains. The trail splits halfway down and you can explore both the lower and upper falls. The best times to visit this trail are April through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. If you have visitors in town, it’s one of the best little North Idaho hikes to show off to them.
