You're selling your current home but where are you going?
Relocating, especially out-of-state is a big step. If you're simply moving within the area, we'd love to also represent you as a buyer and help you find that home that better suits your needs.

Packing & Moving:
Once you're in escrow, it can seem daunting to start packing your possessions and moving it out of your home, especially if you don't have a place to move it to.
Keep an eye on the timeframes agreed to with the buyer and make sure you give yourself enough time to move your things.
Everyone has a different scenario, so talk to your realtor about your situation and see what solutions they can give! We have resources and contacts for movers and storage units if you need.
