Century 21 Four Seasons wins big at the Best of Boundary County 2021 by Bonners Ferry Herald

Century 21 Four Seasons Realty of Bonners Ferry was awarded 4 major wins for the Best of Boundary County.

The Century 21 Office located at 6521 Walker Lane just off Highway 95 on the south hill of Bonners Ferry, won First Place for #1 Real Estate Agency in the county.

Following on that success, Broker/Owner Kirsten Madden won #1 Best Realtor and #1 Best Commercial Real Estate Agent in the county.

And not to be distanced by Madden’s success, Realtor Jim Greenslitt of the same office took #2 Best Realtor in the county.

These awards are significant recognitions for service and professionalism shown by the winners as a testimony to the importance Realtors and brokerages play in Real Estate transactions and service in every part of Boundary County.

With only four agents and an office manager in her small office on the South Hill, Kirsten Madden is quick to credit her team for their outstanding dedication. It’s also a community win, she says, because the loyalty of our established business relationships and community wide service plays a huge role in the team’s performance.

Realtor Jim Greenslitt expressed his humble and sincere appreciation, “All of us at Century 21 Four Seasons Realty are both humbled and deeply appreciative of the trust and confidence this community has honored us with this year. Our Broker, Kirsten Madden, has done an excellent job in building a team whose focus is firmly set on how we can SERVE our community.” In other words, he explains that it is not just about their customers and clients as a Real Estate firm, but inclusion of the community as a whole that makes the difference in a Realtor’s performance.

Madden’s Associate Broker Darci Price said, “Our business and community members work hard for us, and we strive to work hard and do our best to support them in return.”

The firm’s office manager, Joanna Rice states: “Kirsten is always encouraging us to better ourselves and our work. Having a broker that's involved and that cares about the process and relationships makes us all a stronger team. We work together, we're a family. The office would not be the same without Kirsten's leadership and example."

Realtor Adriana Rice said having a broker who is honest and knowledgeable and always available has been a blessing for her in this early part of her career. "I appreciate the team atmosphere that Kirsten promotes. We all work together to help anyone who walks in the door get the best service possible."

In a proud effort to give back to the community she so loves, Madden and her office recently donated $1500 to the Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team. For a number of years, Madden has volunteered as an EMT with Boundary Volunteer Ambulance and knows the effort that all of our first responders put in.

Sheriff Dave Kramer, receiving the check on behalf of the Search and Dive Team explained that they started this important branch of rescue service some 30 years ago. Maintaining their equipment is important, he said.

“Now with a couple of new divers, we want to get their gear up to date.” This equipment is specialized, he explained. “The cost to outfit 1 diver with a dry suit, tanks and everything is in the neighborhood of $10,000 to $11,000. This donation will go toward training and equipment.”

CENTURY 21 Four Seasons granted this money to thank the Search and Dive Team’s excellent service to Boundary County, and to give back to the community that has been so supportive to the local real estate brokerage.
