What is an ELP?
An ELP is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider. An Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) designation is not easily earned. Each ELP must hold extremely high standards and not only follow the Dave Ramsey principles, but also receive personalized coaching, mentorship and continued accountability from the Dave Ramsey team. ELP's have to be licensed full time agents who have at least four years experience and who close at least thirty-five transactions a year. As a buyer or seller working with an ELP Real Estate Agent, you will be partnering with an experienced, knowledgeable agent who is client and communication focused and negotiates aggressively for you. They will care about you more than the sale, and will get to know you and your needs on a personal level. Our clients come first always.
