Initially, we talked to two other Realtors slightly outside the area area who provided basic listing sheets for us to look at. Looking for land with no addressees, several could not be found. Trying to get help from them was not very successful and we gave up finding those properties. Interestingly, we never heard from them again.

Just by chance, we encountered a past customer of Kirsten's who spoke highly of her. After a call, she met with us that morning. Once we discussed our criteria, Kirsten provided additional maps and directions for each property, as well as general information for that area. Every time we looked at properties, she took the time to provide extra data and to do showings as needed.

Our purchase would not have happened if not for Kirsten. She went "above and beyond" to handle searches for easements, communicate with seller and their broker and handle the many hurdles that came up. She spent a lot of time helping us with options and suggesting courses of action as things became difficult. We are appreciative beyond measure.
